Our Mission
Hinson Property Management, Inc. began as Hinson Management, Inc in 1982 with a very small number of rental properties. Over the next forty three (43) years the company has grown in both the number of units managed and the quality of housing offered.
We are one of the largest property management companies in Spartanburg, specializing in high end rental housing and commercial real estate.
Being a family business consisting of three generations allows us to thoughtfully meet the needs of those looking for the perfect place to live, and providing quality property management for our property owners.
Jenneane Froman is President and Property Manager in Charge of Hinson Property Management, Inc.
Greg, Jenneane’s son is Property Manager, he meets with potential new owners, handles commercial leasing, deals with violations of lease agreements (normally discovered while he is changing furnace filters) and a number of other daily tasks that may arise.
Candy, Greg’s wife, is Office Manager, she handles all accounts payable and receivable for owners and tenants.
Jeremiah, is Greg & Candy’s son and Leasing Agent, he is the first person you see when you come into the office, he handles taking applications, payments, work orders for maintenance, and coordinates showings to prospective tenants and a slew of other daily task.
We are extremely blessed to have such a wonderful family who have lived in Spartanburg and the surrounding areas for most of their lives and are more than willing to help find that perfect place.
